Return & Refund Policy

We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with any remaining product and in its original packaging. You'll also need your order confirmation or other proof of purchase.

Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your return is accepted, we'll provide you with the return instructions, including the return address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us as soon as possible if your item is defective, damaged during transit, or if you received the wrong item. We'll assess the issue and work with you to make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Returns may be refused if:

  • The return request is made more than 60 days after delivery.
  • The product has been intentionally damaged or disposed of.
  • The product is returned without its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase cannot be provided.

Exchanges

The quickest way to receive a replacement is to return the original item (once approved) and place a new order after your return has been accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund after it has been issued.
